First of all the problem could be tooth related or a gum swelling. You need to get it clinically examined by a dentist near you.

A clinical picture would help us better to make the correct diagnosis and provide you the best treatment options.... if it is gums swelling due to local inflammation, it can be corrected by cleaning of the gums in that area.... your description could also be because of a condition called "Torus"..... it is basically enlargement of the bone which is not a pathology in itself...... the overlying gums take the shape of the underlying bone and this is an asymptomatic condition, which remains the same for years together...... a proper clinical examination will be the best option at this point.... Regards.....

Under the tongue, just behind the front teeth we all have opening of salivary ducts, that appear swollen, but are not so.. Please see a dentist to know more or of it is otherwise.
