Go for xray of your teeth to check out the extent of decay. Take ketorol dt three times. Don’t delay you need immediate treatment.

Start -lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily. - Medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily. -Apply FBO gel two times a day on the painful tooth. If pain in unbearable you can have one tablet of pyrigesic 650 after food(only in emergency).

By considering your symptoms  it indicates there is tooth  pulpal  damage happened which will lead to increase in pain when lying on bed  as the blood circulation increase in supine position. There may a caries tooth or a gingival infection.  Take  a medication like tab. ketrerol Dt.. as emergency which is a dispersal tablet..initially take two tablets at a time and  later one tablet thrice daily for not morethan 3 days. Ple
