Hi, I have tooth pain since long time and I am not able to eat. Few times it bleeds and have lots of problems.

Dear sir/ madam Tooth pain and bleeding gums is due to either periodontitis,  gum disease,  decay,  wisdom teeth issue etc.  Clinical examination and radiograph will reveal the etiological factor.  Based on clinical findings we can plan the treatment accordingly.
