Hello mam....
Pain may be due to cavity formation due to decay which reaches neerve layer of your teeth...Get X_ray of that region done to rule out cause....U can take dolo 650 for pain relief ...But medication is not a permanent solution...

hello
medicines is not permanent solution you should consult near by dentist. for emergency you can give her ketarol dt twice a day.
