Tooth pain
Dear Sir Or Madam,
My mother is 62 years old. She is getting pain in tooth from last 4days, while she was chewing a orange fruit.
My mother has very small quantity of teeth. This pain is coming from inside tooth.
She has taken AMOXYCLAV 625 and ALDUGESIC P tablet from last two days, but not getting any good result. In this lockdown period we can not contact any local doctor.
Please suggest some medicine for relief from the hard pain.
For your information my mother having thyroid and pressure tablet daily.

It is difficult to understand that pain is from dental origin or something else as per data provided by you
If it's from dental origin stop the pain killer and start tab pyrigesic1gm thrice daily and also add metrogyl400mg thrice daily with tab pan 40mg once daily

Don't worry...If you could have send me a picture of your mother then things would have been clear for us.I think something is stuck inside her tooth which is causing her pain.I would suggest you to tell her to try to clean that area by brushing that area properly or you can floss that area by using Dental floss or inter dental brush or proxa brush also.Food may get stuck in between two teeth also.

There are so many reasons of tooth pain. If pain is arise during chewing avoid chew that side. In lockdown situation I prescribe pain killer medicine ketrol -dt 20mg (s.o.s).for more accurate diagnosis please send me image of that tooth.

Antibiotic what you are using is good and continue that, along with that use Zerodol Sp pain killer twice daily after food for 3 days
Mouth rinsing with warm water and salt can relieve pain a little bit
