Hello. Please attach a photograph of the concerned region. You require an x-ray for proper diagnosis and treatment of pain. Kindly visit a dentist at the earliest for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Please avoid self medications.

Severe teeth pain is usually caused due to infected nerves inside the tooth, it is not possible to cure it without proper treatment. Medicines will help you temporarily but for long term health of your teeth, visit your dentist, get an iopar/opg (xray) done and further treatment as advised. Thanks Dr Eva Oraliah Dental Clinics
