I am experiencing a pain triggering on the front/lower teeth significantly just few hours before I wake up. Not sure if the pain is caused by the tooth, gum, enamel or tooth nerve but it is severe.
I brush twice everyday and used to have sensitivity when consuming sugary food which has reduced over the last 2 years. I also noticed the gap between each tooth is widening.
I would likely to understand if this common.
