Composite has a drawback of shrinkage so it takes a few days to settle down
So watch for a few days
If it doesn't settle down then mebbe the nerve below is getting irked
So then mebbe it needs a root canal which can be confirmed with the x ray or it needs a base cement then composite to reduce that kind of pain

Maybe that ur filling has some high points which u can get it reduced and another possibility is that maybe there is a pulpal involvement .Anyways get an xray of the tooth n can proceed further.
