Implant is a good option for life long replacement of the missing tooth. The remaining portion of tooth can be removed and immediately an implant can be placed  if there is sufficient bone available. This is called immediate implant placement. If sufficient bone is not available then bone grafting can be done and left and implant can be placed after some duration.
Next Steps
u need to visit an implantologist for the tooth replacement. it can be planned after proper diagnosis of remaining bone with a scan of that area. or u can visit me for consultation and Implant placement
