Please visit a dentist to know about the actual problem. If its deep crack the tooth might need to be removed to prevent infection in the surrounding area. If a small piece of tooth has broken off then the dentist might do a composite filling and build the lost area of the tooth.

It all depends on the extent of the crack, functional and esthetic requirement. An x ray and initial clinical examination is a must.
