Tooth decay problem
From last few years my mouth filled fully with tooth plague because of that bad smell coming and when i see my teeth in mirror it filled totally with yellow decay .Now i am very worried whether it can be removed by normal cleaning or deep cleaning without pain

Visit ur dentist to get the teeth cleaned,and do the toothbrush twice a day with good quality toothpastes and brush,get the cavities filled if u have any by proper cement.
