Tooth decay
I have noticed my decayed tooth last year itself but didn't consult a doctor as it was not painful but in last 3 days i have started getting pain because I guess nerves is exposed. I was a smoker. The upper molar tooth was broken from the side. What to do and is there any health hazards if i make it late?

The fractured tooth and decay tooth both needed RCT. Visit the Endodontist, take IOPA xray and proceed with the treatment .
Health Tips
As there is pain, please start with  Dolonex dt ( if no health issues). Avoid chewing that side. Mainly avoid gargling with the hot water. Visit the dentist as soon as possible, and start antibiotics. Hope this helps you.

Hello, As from the picture posted you have 2 molar teeth of yours that is decaying...Now that you have pain in it visit a dentist immediately because if it's not treated now then pus formation can also be there...The tooth might need a root canal treatment (RCT)now though x- ray will decide the final treatment...If the tooth goes for root canal treatment please go for crown (cap) placement after RCT otherwise in long run your treatment will result into failure and you might lose tooth

Hi, From the given image it seems that you have 2 deeply decayed teeth ( both the upper molars). You should get it treated immediately as there is pain now and it indicates infection proceeding. You can visit a dental clinic , get an X-ray of these teeth and then the dentist might suggest you to go for an RCT ( Root canal treatment). Please don't delay any further ,if so you might need to go for an extraction later on( resulting in loss of your teeth further causes other problems) Hope this helps.
Next Steps
Visit a dental clinic as soon as possible
