  4. Tooth decay. It's in severe condition.

Had a hole in one of my tooth which is causing some pain. It took place 2 months ago . I tried by applying ointment and used to brush daily . But now it's in severe condition.

As the decay is extensive you need to visit a dentist and get X-ray done, if the decay has reached pulp tissue you need to get root canal treatment done to relieve you of the pain
