These are teeth cavities and they need to be filled as soon as possible before they become deeper and cause pain to the patient.... motivation of the child for a better brushing is also required to avoid such cavities in other teeth in the future..... Regards....
It is the start of a decay kindly take the child to a dentist and get it restored at the earliest before it gets deep..the smaller the easier for the kid..
