All my teeth have decay and bleed all the time.mainly evenings and after I brush my teeth. It last for one year.

Bleeding gums is a very common problem. It is generally due to poor oral hygiene leading to infection , swelling and bleeding. Consult your nearby dentist and get a scaling done. For tooth decay , depending on the amount of decay you have to get a filling or root canal treatment done.
