I have to remove stains and gums from my teeth as it doesn't look good and also want to know how to keep my teeth perfect white and clean.

You can go for a normal cleaning procedure (scaling)by Ur dentist for removing the stains and other deposits from Ur teeth.if u want to get whitish teeth,u cn either go for bleaching of Ur teeth( bleaching is a temporary method) or can go ahead with placing veeners
