I think a x Ray is needed first to diagnose the extent of damage. The line of treatment depends on the x Ray reports .

If the whole tooth is missing it has to be definitely replaced. If there is any fractured tooth left it has to be removed then can be replaced

During any fall or accident if the whole tooth(most of the time the anterior ) comes out as a whole without fracture it can be reimplanted so can be brought to the clinic by placing it in saline/ below the tongue/ milk
