Severe tooth-ache and can't really differentiate if it's the upper or lower or both the molars. The pain had subsided after using a few pain killers like novalid, but since last night it has become severe

Hi..you need to visit dentist for a check up. It might need a root canal or an extraction. Medications wont help if infection is more. Regards
