Maam i think that black discoloured teeth are due to cavities, and pqin in 1st molqr is also due to cavity.
Kid needs to mqintain a very good oral hygiene for that
1. Brush twice daily
2. Have a bite of salad after every meal so that any sticky food on teeth gets flushed out.
3. No bed time snacks or milk.
4. Avoid sticky food.
5. Salt water gargle.
Next Steps
