I have been having toothache since last night. The last tooth has decayed and a hole has formed.

hello you need to visit a dentist and get it checked.get an xray done. toothache could be due to infection to the root of the tooth. you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

If its a wisdom tooth it may require extraction. And if its other than that tooth then it can be saved with RCT.
