I have a cavity in my premolar of upper right side for last 3 days . I have been taking pain killer since then like 2 to 3 painkillers a day. Last time the pain got subsided but this time it's not

Pain is usually indicative of infection. Kindly visit a dentist and get x ray done to find the extent of infection. The dentist may advise you for root canal treatment which would solve your pain problem.
