Dear friend,no painkiller medicine except plain paracetamol and Tramadol is allowed in pregnancy to avoid any side-effects or potential hazards to developing baby the medicines we prescribe u crosses the placental barrier so did a mistake by giving tab.enzoflam, now anyway hopefully there's no problem with it.
Next Steps
Now take tab.Novamox 500mg 3 time a day after meals and tab.calpol500mg two times a day after meals. these r the only safest medicines available for your scenario.

Proper medicine can be given by knowing the trimester of pregnancy and try to avoid to take medication without doctor's consultation specially in pregnancy. If now pain is reducing then no need of further medication and if not get relief can take one Zerodol-sp tablet . And ask her for proper Rinse. Food partical should not be in oral cavity after having meal. Thank You
