I want to know the symptoms of abscess tooth and can abscess spread after tooth extraction if so what are the symptoms

There will be dull to severe tooth ache..the pain may be continous or maybe on biting or while sleeping at night...there maybe associated swelling in the region and even fever in severe cases..

tooth abscess generally gets resolved by root canal treatment or extraction..tooth can be saved by root canal treatment sometimes if tissues inside the tooth are not fully removed during root canal or if the extraction socket has not been disinfected properly your symptoms will aggravate..
