Took meprate for 5 days
I had history of pcod,delayed periods of 2 months , irregular periods started and after 5 days i consulted doctor.she gave meprate,after taking it twice a day for 5 days on 3rd day period started still irregular till 5 th day.
What should I do now

Start some regular physical activities.
Diet control.
Medicine can also be started. For that you need consultation with gynecologist
