Took I pill and suffering heavy bleeding

I took I pill and I had bleeding twice in a month in a gap of 5 days. I am bleeding for 10 days now. I got this ultrasound done. Please do let me know what to do?

Please specify the date of last menstrual period after which you had taken I pill. Your ultrasound shows two things I) There is blood in the uterine cavity. ii) Endometrial thickness is 9.2 mm.
