Took extra Susten 300mg by mistake

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi doctor, i am 18 weeks pregnant and i was asked to take susten 300mg capsule rectal on alternate days due to low lying placenta. By mistake i took the capsule on 2 consecutive days instead of alternate days. Please let me know if there would be overdose or harmful effect of taking it 2 days consecutively? Kindly help.
