Took Covaxin Today
Hi Doctor, Today I took Covaxin. No fevar no pain right now 6 hours completed. What food shill I take. My food habits are. Morning hot water and honey with lemon. Almonds 5 , kaju 10, lion dates 3, Chepathi with rice, afternoon and night only rice with dala and vegetables. Had 17.25 RTPCR when I got covide. Recovered 110 days back at home I recovered not went to hospital with the help of Practo. But still strongling with pain of some body part like stomach,numbness at the middle of my back and one eye and chest pain at some time or other times. Stomach pain because of gastric. Shall I continue my normal life after taking vaccination or any changes or any thing I have to add. I don't drink or smoke. My friend took same vaccination he said not to eat non vege no chicken no moton no egg for 30 days is this true..? Please advise.
