Many times certain situation of life unconsciously or without our awareness put us in fight flight mode and brain feel restless and fatigued which results in the response of not ready to take any data in. And our mind tries to escape from any such situation which could be threatening for survival. You sleepiness could be the after effect of sympathetic nervous system activation. And wanting to delay the response to the situation. With discussion we need to find out exactly what is threatening or triggering mind to give such response to the situations. Brain looses the track of rationality and becomes too emotional or defensive and delaying or avoiding any situation.
