Too much over weight.
I met a nutritionist few days back, where using a machine, she took note of various readings such as BMI, Fat, Viscerous fat, body age (61), my age 24, weight 116, height 5'10". All readings were alarming. She suggested some very expensive wow plan of some nutrients company which will supply supplements and all. It was too much expensive and I think it's not needed. Balanced diet and exercise would help alone. Any suggestions? Please help. I have developed back pain and ankle pains in both my legs. I am very sad.

Being 24 and a male puts you in an advantageous position. First, you are young and second, you don't have to deal with the constant hormonal fluctuations that affect weight issues in women. Because of slow metabolism, people tend to gain weight and become resistant to any exercise or diet modification.
Next Steps
You need to follow a strict dietary regime and set your body clock right to be able to kick start and maintain good metabolism levels. You can contact me on direct consult to get more action points on how to go about it. Alternately you can visit my clinic and get a customised diet plan.
Health Tips
Don't delay this. Your weight is way too high and could lead to serious metabolic disorders if not managed.
