Too much depression.
I have been having too much depression from last 5/6 months. I never feel to eat to talk someone,i feel too much anger for some little reason and crying also. I'm a college student and I have many problems I can't bear that,sometime I feel that I have to escape from home from everything. I had tried to happy in myself...to talk my frnds my family members but I can't over come from this depression, I'm become too weak. It kills me inside, I can't tell this to my family members hw can I leave?

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
