Too much burning sense  headache, watery
Working ftom home from last 3 year have too much laptop time due to office work n min 12 to 13 hrs headache, burning sense, watering eyes, sleep disorder, too much fatigue, lowness, no energy, always feel sleepy but cant sleep

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 3 times a day.Try to reduce screen time. Pl do Eye Exercises. Blink frequently. Hydrate your self. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Could be digital vision syndrome. You can use antireflective/ bluefilter glasses while using computer. Take breaks -While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for month. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.

It's dry eye syndrome..
