I have too many symptoms i.e. anxiety, overthinking, sometimes shortness of breath, poor balance, can't stand on legs too long( if i try to do so headache and balance problem starts with tremors), body disbalance, sometimes headache, too much burping etc.
Also whole day googling symptoms.

First and foremost avoid googling ur symptoms.
Concentrate on forming a routine.
Follow it.
Regular exercises and meditation.
Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night.
Daily relaxation exercises before sleeping.
