Hi , I am feeling palpitations and due to over thinking I am not able to concentrate but it's really makes my life like hell and Affecting my daily life with lots of stress.

Hello. You are having anxiety problems. You need to do breathing exercises like pranayam. Take a walk in garden daily for fresh air and relaxation. Meditation can help you get relieved of your anxiety.
