Avoid curd, ice cream ,do hot saline gargles thrice a day even after this if pain persists u can take t Flexon if ur not allergic to ibuprofen and T. Cetzine 10 mg hs x 3 days

You should know if the infection is due to viral or bacteria then start antibiotics if required. Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, consult online for further treatment.
