Tonsils, sore throat, high fever

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My brother is suffering from fever from the past 2 days. Has sore throat, he is unable to eat anything. Has high fever ranging from 100.9 to 102.5, has severe head ache and sleeplessness. When consulted the doctor he says Tonsils has got swollen. Need proper guide on this. Please help.

If he has developed acute tonsilitis need to be treated with proper antibiotic and other supportive medicines.. rhinosinusitis should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
