Tonsils Problem
My self Darshan, I am suffering from Tonsils problem from several years. Around 15 years before i have undergone sinus operation. After that regularly i am getting throat infection. Specially winter season 2 to 3 times in a month throat will be infected. I consulted several ENT doctors. Few said operation and removal of tonsils will help. Few were also suggested tonsils condition are not too bad, i can manage by boosting the immunity. Can I get get few suggestions to avoid regularly infection. Also any medical can boost the immunity.
