I have tonsils pocket with pluffy shells. Makes me sleep disorder. Some times yellow stones comes out from pockets.

Your tonsils are enlarged and probably infected , a condition called Chronic Tonsillitis. Please see an ENT specialist to know if there is a need for surgery. Surgery can relieve your obstructive symptoms.
