Tonsillar TB
What is Tonsillar TB? Can it be diagnosed with mantoux test? If not which test can be taken to diagnose it? I've asked this coz I get sore throat very frequently and a doctor prescribed me to get mantoux test done.

Mantoux will tell about immunity and infection but will not give a diagnosis of tonsillar tb, that will be diagnosed by culture and microscopy of tonsillar tissue
