How do I remove tonsil stones by myself? Any medicines that I can take for relief and removal? It's causing irritation in the throat.

You can rinse your throat nicely with warm salt water.. A few may get loose and come off.. Bigger ones may need to be removed - preferably by a trained ent surgeon.

U need to see an ENT to get it removed. It is due to deposition of food particles and cells in tonsils. Do gargles with warm water after each meal to prevent
