Tonsil right side not curing

Hello. I am attaching pic right side tonsil not curing since many months. Only one side swelling is there. Not many symptoms. Some times feel like breathing issue and headache. Please review it.

Yes it’s tonsillitis Maintain oral hygiene Do gargles with betadine Take pain killer and antibiotics for now And if it still affects your daily routine Get tonsillectomy done
