Tonsil left one side swelling
From last 15 days i am having one side tonsile large than other. I took antibiotics like azithomicin, amoxidril, levofloxacin after gp suggestion pain is less but size is not much reduced. In a morning i also have left nose blockage. I am worried kindly glance on image

Mild difference in the size of swelling can be normal. Larger difference in size can be a sign of something more significant
