My mother age 48
reccuring tongue ulcr tip of tougue and mouth ulcer past few moths
She has vitamin d deficiency
Has theeth infection few months ago

She don't take tobacco
My question is
Is her tough is ok by looking this photo ??
Or she has any serious issue like cancer in his tongue ??

I don’t see any evidence of ulcer in the picture provided , if there is vitamin deficiency it has to be corrected
