Ur picture is not clear..
If she had bumps near end of tongue area..it's normal for everyone.
If she had ulcer over tongue margins ,
Use these medications
1. Qudrigel or Tess ointment local application thrice daily for 5 days
2. Mucain gel orally .. before food intake

Hi.
Does she have any symptoms of pain, burning sensation? If you are referring to the 4-5 bumps at the back of the tongue, they are completely normal. These are called circumvallate papillae and are normal taste buds.
However, if she has any symptoms like pain while swallowing or chewing, she may need to be evaluated for any other lesions in the mouth.
