Since childhood suffering slightly from speech deficiency. Doctors suggested a tongue tied release surgery in my childhood but my family was a scared at that time. Now I am eager to do this surgery if possible for a adult of 32 years of age. Is adult frenectomy is possible? Would be happy if possibly suggestion are provided how to go about this. Thank you.

Sure it can be done easily, but you have to relearn to use your tongue for speech with proper speech therapy that is much more difficult than it is for children.
