Tongue Pain
From past 2 months I have a pain on my tongue. There are no ulcers seen. Visited Dentist and Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. They say my tongue is large and it is causing pain. What should I do, I am worried. There are teeth marks on the both side of the tongue. I have done B12 testing also and it is 247 pg/ml. My thyroid testing is also normal. I am thinking too much about it and is effecting my daily life. I need a permanent solution for this.

Hello... If your dentist has run all the tests of vitamin deficiencies, thyroid, anemia, neuralgia, trauma from any teeth, allergies etc then please don’t overthink, stay calm. But having said that if you’re not satisfied you should always go for a second opinion always. If he has missed any tests from the above said ones you can ask him about them, he might run them now and can help you.
