I have acid reflux , today I got a red watery bump on retro molar trigone which is not painful and also at the back of the side of the tongue I observed slight big papillae one or two are red also but no discomfort

Need photo. The papillae are inflamed probably because of the acid reflux. The retromolar area needs an Xray to see if an underlying 3rd molar is on its way to eruption
