Hi, I have granular pharyngeal wall (pharyngitis) that started a month ago. Then 3 weeks ago I started having pain and irritation on my left side of the tongue. Now since a week, i am having ear pain, cheek and jaw close to ear paining and also teeth pain. Also to note that I have mild wet cough since 2 months.
