Toenail fungus
Both foot toenails are infected and have become yellowish, black at some points. No pain but they have thickened in size and spread to other nails. Tried ringguard, itchguard, surfaz, dermiken, vinegar, but nothing worked. 6-7 years back it had first appeared but healthy nails came after a year with ringguard. Now reappeared again since last 2 years and becoming very difficult to remove. I do not have any sugar issues and bmi is normal. I exercise on a regular basis. Please let me know how to make this go permanently.

This is Tinea unguium is a common type of fungal infection. It is also called onychomycosis. The fungus infects the fingernails and, more commonly, the toenails. It's more common in men, older adults, and people who have diabetes, psoriasis, peripheral vascular disease, or another health problem that weakens the immune system. Antifungal treatment with oral and topical medication available to control the same. Consult a Dermatologist.
