Toe nail removal pain

Asked for Female, 65 Years

Mom had her toe nail removed surgically on 29th aug evening. Doc prescribed pirox dt and safexim 200. The painkiller does not help and till today she has throbbing pain. Please advise if this pain is normal and if we need to consult another doctor.
