Toddler's Head Bump

Dear Doctors, I need your help. My four-year-old son hit his forehead on the ground, and it swelled up almost immediately. I applied ice right away to help reduce the swelling. I'm very concerned and have attached some images. Please let me know if this looks serious and advise me on what steps to take.

Do ice fomentation. If pain present give paracetamol syrup to the child. If size is increasing rapidly show to nearby pediatrician.

Next Steps

Watch for danger signs like vomiting, abnormal movement, ear or nose bleeding. If anything abnormal rush fast to nearby pediatrician, might be need of brain imaging in such case.
